  • Together with the performance team, make sure that no Service Level Agreements are broken and that our Key Performance Indicators are satisfied
  • Cooperate with the RTA customer service staff to enhance pertinent practices and procedures
  • Communicate with clients who speak Arabic and English as needed
  • Manage general complaints and work with the operations department to get the necessary proof in cases involving the settlement of general complaints, comments, and suggestions
  • Manage complicated NOL transaction histories and collaborate with Operations/Revenue, Audit, and AFC departments to connect the dots and address difficult complaints
  • Manage appeals for fines and communicate with the departments of OCC, Operations, and Revenue Protection for an investigation and settlement
  • Identify the underlying causes of passenger complaints through analysis, and then provide workable suggestions that include both immediate and long-term action plans from many departments
  • To enhance the passenger experience and lower the amount of complaints, take part in internal and external (with RTA) customer service meetings
  • Assist the customer experience manager in enhancing all passenger contact points consistently to provide a positive passenger experience
  • Respond to client complaints through phone, email, and CRM in accordance with Keolis-contractual Mhi’s obligations
  • Create contractual customer service reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as requested by management and RTA
  • As assigned by the Assistant Manager Customer Experience & Planning & Performance Manager, perform and carry out further responsibilities
  • Comply with all pertinent business procedures as well as the Keolis-MHI Management System
  • Providing work instructions to ensure that every work is completed in accordance with the necessary governance requirements
  • In accordance with the Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all data given and produced, including reporting performance, finances, and customer information
