- Promptly and accurately address guest inquiries related to reservations, demonstrating professionalism and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Actively attend to telephone inquiries and promptly follow up on guest requests, providing accurate information and assistance
- Proactively highlight Rooms and Food & Beverage promotions to guests, encouraging them to take advantage of discounts and packages during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Be flexible by performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, such as administrative tasks or supporting other departments, to maintain smooth hotel operations and guest contentment.
Requirements
- The candidate should have relevant experience in a world-class hotel
