Job Description:
As a Front Office Agent at One&Only One Za’abeel, you play a crucial role in creating joyous and memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling inquiries and departures, and promptly addressing their needs. Managing payments, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards are key aspects of this role. With a commitment to serving from the heart, caring for guests and colleagues, and upholding a high standard of service, you will contribute to the exceptional experience we promise our guests.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or guest services role, particularly in a luxury hotel, is desired. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to interact seamlessly with guests and staff at all levels. Proficiency in Opera PMS, a good command of English (both oral and written), and familiarity with hotel reservation systems, cash handling procedures, and Microsoft Office applications are advantageous. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also required.
